kema - fall 2000 there are opposing forces at work within the pieces of this time period. simplifying to just outlines (no 3D), vs the harsh and busy graphic fills. hadn’t quite resolved to the clarity of works thereafter. I like these for the ‘battleground’ they represent in my mind.
